1. To unite children and adults with cerebral palsy as well as members of their families under one organisation to strengthen social coordination;
  2. To provide an avenue for counselling services, rehabilitation and consolidated treatment to cerebral palsy children or adults with the close cooperation and involvement of members of their families;
  3. To accept donations from public members or patrons to sustain and promote the propagation of the objectives and aspirations of the association.
