Brandon
Hi I am Brandon.. I joined Wishesland since 22 November 2017, at 10months old (2017).
At this 10 month old, I still delay in my head and trunk control. I was diagnosed as “unknown Cp”.and and in my development stage. My problem was muscle floppy (poor muscle strength), poor head and trunk control, speech delay, poor in hand functioning, poor in awareness and dislike carry or touching by stranger.
It’s a very challenge when I only can look to the side without turning my head. Just like my friend, I keep crying while go through my therapy session. I was refused to do all the movement that my teacher showing to me. I was curious why my parents and teachers keep cheering me to lift up my head. And everytime I can lift up my head even just for a few second, they was very happy and clap hand . Now I know the reason why, I can see everyone happy face when I achieve my ability and can see what toys that teachers showing to me for encourage me to keep my head up and looking forward no matter in what position I do either prone or sitting.

After a few week I attend the therapy session, I show up my improvement in my muscle strength and head control. I can lift up and turn my head to look around. I also can touch my mouth and face.

After 8 months of training, I achieve a lot of improvement when I can control my head and trunk well. Start with sitting activity with full support until I can support by myself and need more balance training.

With repetitive training, on Dec 2020 i can sit with less support and improve in my motor functioning skill. Now i also can talk and communicate easily and in progress to standing and walk independently.
I wish one day I will be independent and achieve my dream. Thank you to my parents, teachers and everyone who always give me a support and encourage me. Thank you, I love You.
